All the chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a homemade 'brine' / all portions include a choice of side dish.

The Smashed Burgers of Cuppi's

The Smashed Burger is a type of hamburger, or rather, a particular technique used to cook the patty, the meat disk, which increases the surface area of the succulent crust that we all love.


Highly used in the 1920s, it fell out of use with the advent of frozen burgers: it involves 'smashing' the hamburger during cooking, but doing it in a very precise way. This prevents the juices from leaking out and increases the surface area of the meat on the grill, causing the Maillard reaction to occur more quickly, forming a crust on the meat.

The Fried Chicken of Cuppi's

For fried chicken, we have two "cuts", wings and thighs.


All the chicken we prepare is marinated for at least 24 hours. It is then pressure-fried in an authentic machine, which keeps the chicken very tender and succulent inside and crispy outside, as well as easily digestible.


We serve it with sauces made by us, both spicy and non-spicy, very tasty.
